Collision between smoke and keyframed-object

it should work with keyframed static RBD perfectly fine

just make sure you are animating the object at object level

if you are animating at sop level, you need to check Use Deforming Geometry on RBD object

you can use attractor POP for localised effect

to make it work you will need to specify path to a SOP which contains force attributes

this is usually a metaball SOP followed by Force SOP which has the parameters set according your needs

since it is based on metaballs it is attenuated by default

(if you are working in DOP context you can use Magnet Force DOP with similar usage)
