dof and alpha again

hi,

michael told me that the antialiasing of depth maps and alphamaps does not line up...(nature of the beast:))

is there a workaround to handle scenes with both dof and alpha/opacitymaps.

please some hints for direct render ore comp... i'm wondering mantra can not handle this, for example there are plugins even for cinema

which can handle all sorts of dof problems with the AR renderer....

You need to be more specific about the problem ... what do you want to do? Have you got a hip that you can post that shows the problem?
