Loading Animated sequences as background image

Hi,

I am trying to load a sequence of images as background image but it loads only one image ! how to get the whole sequence going in camera background?

There two ways to do this

one : image.$F4.tif this expands to image.0001.tif

two : using cops, pointing to a file cop, make a file cop and then when u specify your background, specify cops instead of loading in a file.

Thanks Brian it works fine now, i also realized by looking at your post that my naming convention for the files was also wrong, it was name_number.ext but where as it needs name.number.ext

On a different note i noticed on your location saying WETA !!!! man that would be an awesome news if WETA was also looking at using Houdini actively in their FX pipeline as i know that they do have a few licenses of Houdini but not sure how much it is integrated into their pipeline.

There's nothing wrong with your naming convention. You just use name_$Fn.ext (where n is padding number) to read in your file sequence.
