Baking an object sequence to single object

Hi folks. First I need to know is it possible to bake an object sequence to single one? ( like keyframing vertexes or something else )

And If the answer is yes, could anyone please help me to develop a little ( or Big!!! ) tool for this purpose?

For sample data, I prepare a simple 24 frame sequence. test_sequence.tar.gz

Thank you in advanced.

Easiest way would be chops, load the animated geometry into chops and lock the read node. then transfere it to sop again. but if You need a export to another software, I would use mdd files. there are plugins for maya, and xsi has a build in version

There is an helpcard example for the MDD SOP as well if you look in the online help.

Well, Thanks. I think i have solved the problem using tail sop, (witch add motion blur to the sequence)

Thanks again for your help.

EDIT: Wow Edward, your post changed my life. with .mdd format, now i load my scenes 10 times faster. Cheers.
