I hope if anybody can help me. Polycap is what you are after. But before it can be used you have to create a group with Edges and unshared edges active (Entity: Primitives and disable number). It usually works with me if I first select an edge using the Select tool and then apply the PolyCap ... ie. without needing an extra Group SOP.
