stick one to another

I have rest human model and his eyebrow and human animation.

How can I stick eyebrow to body?

I tried with attribute transfer sop. But it didn't work properly.

Is there something like a Maya's wrap method in houdini? stick to UV or Prim uv?

I believe your eye brow is done on a rest position for your body ? Try a lattice sop with your eyebrow on the first input, your body in rest position in the second and your animated body on the third. set the lattice sop to points...
