Stezza Posted April 2, 2013 Share Posted April 2, 2013 Hi folks. Very new here, haven't even tried hot yet in maya but I would like to ask is there any Vray support. We use Vray for all our scenes and water is becoming a major prob. We need to have object interacting with the water for reflections but is this possible with HOT for Maya? Thanks for any help. lukeiamyourfather Posted April 2, 2013 Share Posted April 2, 2013 It sounds like you're asking if HOT for Maya works with V-Ray. Like Christian said, this isn't the best place to ask that. From my understanding only part of it will work with V-Ray, the geometry part. There's a mental ray shader that goes with it that you'd have to port.
