Ezz
Hi good folks. I am doodling a little Houdini and I have come a cross a little challenge of which my skills comes to short. I want to create uv´s along a polywire so regardless the lenght of the polywire the uv´s will have a nice layout from 0-1 I have have managed to create v-coordinates by liniear interpolation between the total point and $PT in a vopsop. For creating the u-coordinates I have an idea to take every cross section in the polywire and take the dot-product between the original curvepoint and the point in the cross section in a coordinatsystem created from the plane the cross section-points are in.. Phheeew!! does it make sense?? Maybe a little illustration might help! Can this be done and how to approach this problem. Any help would be much appriciated. edward
I thought the PolyWire SOP already had options for texturing?
