Hello!

How can I get the Voronoi Fracture SOP to fracture the entire object except the empty space inside?

I've attached the hip file below to be examined.

Try extruding the sphere first to give it some thickness. Don't forget to check 'output back' on the options tab. Then run it through the Voronoi.

Is there other way I can break the sphere around a pole or an object through sphere?

Yes. Extrude the sphere, then cookie it with whatever shape you want, then run the fracturing.

I believe there was a misunderstanding in my question. But fortunately, few minutes after my reply I remembered what was missing. The problem is my brain memory, it happens quite often.

I needed Break SOP instead of Cookie SOP, that did the work.

since Break SOP is cookie based anyway, the only thing you needed was to set Operation to B minus A on your cookie from first post

since by setting it explicitly to Inside A and Outside B you ended up with inside part with wrong facing normals so they didn't make solid piece together

That I did not notice, embarrassing enough to admit it. But if in case I needed to use User Define Operation, will there be a way to get it working? For instance, maybe flipping normals of inner faces?

yes, in your case just create groups on cookie and reverse normals on "Ain" group
