I read the help , is it use for switch the on or off of the diffuse,reflect or other pass . i have try to figer it out , but it have no difference, or just i was wrong. Thank you! dickagm Posted March 7, 2014 Share Posted March 7, 2014 For example if you want to turn the light specular emission off, just add reflection component and turn it off. If you want the light to cast only specular then add all other components (diffuse,refract,indirect, etc...) and turn them off and optionally you can add the reflection component and keep it switched on.
