How to use the same render node for multiple files/camera setups

So lets say I have 3 different cameras set up in my scene and I want to render them all with the same settings how would I go about doing that without having to copy and paste to two different nodes (that would then presumably need either manually referencing - or changing if not possible to reference). Wouldn't it be easier to have a file node you could drag off the out node or something like that? I'm assuming houdini has a way of doing this already that isn't immediately obvious to me.
