afrosamurai2583 Posted August 20, 2015 Share Posted August 20, 2015 Hey guys, I'm trying to figure out how to render this reflective sphere with the background plate. i want to be able to see a shadow on the plane and the ground of the background image. i also i would like to see the reflection of the shadow and the ground in the reflection of the sphere. Im surprised it was all done in the Matte Shadow. I don't understand what the back wall is for, i can't see the difference in the renderer when i turn the display on and off. mestela Posted August 22, 2015 Share Posted August 22, 2015 Not if it doesn't bother you; it'd be more useful if the ball was much closer to the wall, or had other props that you'd expect to have parallax compared to the envlight texture.
