cop referencing disaster )

Please look at the file.

I have roto shape in cop and I wan't to use it in material.

If I take clay material and put op:/obj/cop2net1/OUT  in base color map field then it works.

But if I go inside material and put this reference directly in surface color node then I get mantra: Unable to load texture 'op:/obj/cop2net1/OUT'  Why?

hi, didn't have a time to open up and examine your scene, but I think the issue is probably that you have to first promote a parameter and then reference from that parameter, not directly from a SHOP node. that is probably the reason why it worked in the first case and not in the second one. D.
