Viscosity Attribute

Recommended Posts

Hello guys,

How can I control FLIP viscosity using attributes? My main question is where should i create this attribute?

Let's say I have a box and, based on it's X bounding box values, i want to make it very viscous to not viscous at all, from one side to another.

Using FEM i just have to create the attribute inside the object's node and it works perfectly but, with FLIP, it might be a bit different.

I have a feeling that the 4th input - sourcing - of the FLIP solver have some relation with it, not sure though.

Thx in advance,
Alvaro

EDIT: I think this thread should be at the Effects topic. My bad, sorry by that.
