Juzwa Posted July 2, 2016 Share Posted July 2, 2016 Hi, I've been looking for some solutions to make particles follow a surface. I found some topics from the years 2005 through 2011. But Houdini, unlike Autodesk packages, changes pretty often. So I wonder, maybe there is some easy solution to surface follow now? Like a single node that does that? Atom Posted July 2, 2016 Share Posted July 2, 2016 (edited) The Orbolt Rain Asset has a feature that causes particle drops to conform to the surface of the collision object. There is a nice example here of droplets conforming to a hard surface. I just found Tom's example file of a boat conforming to a deforming surface as well.
