kubabuk
Any idea, how can I create swf file withinin houdini, or the shortest way to do this with conjunction with other software...
edward
Render out a sequence of images and combine them into some movie format that works with flash?

kubabuk
Yes, that's right I'm interested in vector output in houdini - but I suspect, it's not possible yet...
Jason
Anything is possible I can think of a few ways to get this working - each not the easiest, but what can you do.. and how you want to render it. */ Use the Wren ROP to render your wireframes to postscript format - which is a vector format. Now by hook or by crook you can force this into SWF I'm sure. There might even be a converter out there for PostScript->SWF. */ Render it out using Mantra and use a vectorizing program to convert the final renders to filled vectors - Illustrator / Freehand or whatever. */ For wireframe only, do you own mangling of the myriad of ASCII geometry output you can spit out of Houdini. Andz
Jason - Render it out using Mantra and use a vectorizing program to convert the final renders to filled vectors Yep, Macromedia Flash can do that and it works perfectly, specially if you use toon shaders.
