deecue Posted April 28, 2005 Share Posted April 28, 2005 hey everyone, i just went through a complete system rehaul and i'm begining to reinstall a lot of my software/utils.. and i just came across this one i've used for quite some time now.. thought those of you who happen to be on windows boxes might appreciate it.. http://thumbview.sourceforge.net/index.php?page=features dave as a side note.. man.. it's like a full days worth of work to catch up on a month of odforce and sidefx.. phew.. had to laugh at few of the people attitudes too.. geez.. talk about being inconsiderate.. i feel bad for a good number of you all who went through that.. anyways.. good to get an internet connection back so i had to post something.. "colorful" month over at the SESI forums... yea, i'd sure say.. i especially loved it when you started a post with "Oy..." Thanks for the Thumbview-link - looks nice. I still use Irfan View. yea, irfan view is a pretty nice app.. but the thing about thumbview is that it's extending the image formats that XP can generate thumbnail previews for right inside explorer.. i don't really see it in the same class as irfan view.. more of a complement to it since it's really not an image viewer like irfan.. another good one for those of you into digital photography.. EXIF Viewer is a really nice and fast image viewer.. on the lines of irfan, but not nearly as indepth. it's really nice if you just want to quickly load a directory of 1000 images within seconds and have your exif data there and what not. plus, it's just a single exe that's only 500k..
