[novice] FLIP tank + WhiteWater bubbles-render in single pass?

After a month of testing finally feeling comfortable with the simulation portion of my project. My next hurdle is the actual render. Bit of a noob question, but can anyone tell me if it is possible to render out a FLIP tank simulation with Whitewater bubbles (beneath the surface) in a single pass-render?

Or will I have to render out separate passes and comp together either back in Houdini or Nuke?
