shinsso
Hi guys. When I composite the passes in nuke, it doesn't match houdini Pz and maya z_depth. Can I control the depth information in houdini to match to maya?
Sepu
I do not think you will be able to match Houdini depth to Maya Depth, they work in different units so the 2 worlds are different, you are rendering with 2 different render engines I suppose that also won't work. Your best bet will either bring your geo from H to Maya or Maya to H, and render in one engine. Unless someone has some kind of script or something like that. dchow1992
if you export it yourself in the shader as a custom attribute and compensate for the scale change (cm -> m) either there or in nuke you can achieve closely matching values Edited January 16, 2017 by dchow1992
