Running multiple instances of Houdini

Can you open multiple instances of Houdini under an Indie license? I don't think you can but checking in case I've missed it. I know you can fire off a Mantra render from the terminal and keep using Houdini but it would be great to have more than one copy of Houdini available for some projects.

Related, is it possible with 2 Indie licenses?

On a single computer, right? I don't see why not. You can always open multiply session of Houdini on a single computer without consuming license. Moreover, if you start hbatch on a computer used already by Houdini, it will not consume another license too.

Shorty speaking Houdini will always consume a single license on a single node what ever number of processes are running on it given previously accounted license is sufficient to run new process (HoudiniFX + Houdini Core + hbatch running at the same time will consume single license, while hbatch + Houdini Core + Houdini FX, will except three distinct licenses...).

There are some cases where Houdini Engine will consume an additional license, not sure if that is a bug though.. (if you do not have an engine licence, it will try to use a core license and after that an FX license)
