avguy
I was messing about with the new version of Houdini and the air incompressibility specifically. I'm dropping objects in a flip tank and I am getting cool reactions with bubbles forming and going to the surface - my question is now how do I mesh it? Is there a best practice? (Houdini novice here) If I use the default meshing I get the fluid and exterior splashes but not the air bubbles inside of the body of fluid. I tried to find info in the help doc but no success yet. Do I take the flip sim and create another second surface just for the internal bubbles? Thanks for the help!
Rgoldade
Hey! There is a new option in the Particle Fluid Surface node to help with this issue . Set the Method to "Spherical" and you should see a new toggle titled "Preserve Bubbles" show up. This should solve your problem. Hope that helps, Ryan
