OpCustomize in Houdini 16.5 is not working

Hi, Is the general format or preference file name changed for OpCustomize of H16.5 from H16? The file with extension I use: OPcustomize in a format like this.

They removed opdefaultcolor and opdefault shape in favor of themes in 16.5 those options only existed for 16.0
