ID per tile of UV ?

How would I UV a building type structure; since there are tiles on the building, each tile has a different UV or ID so I can apply the shader and textures to the UV but have individual control over each tile ID. Then when applying the texture it's not applying a single UV to the side of a building, then can add different texture or shader to the different tiles or ID, with control over each resolution of the tiles / ID ?
