I don't think it has a name - but the way you use it is, if you have two panes in different paths (for example, a network pane in /out/ and another one in /obj/geo1/) you can drag between them to set them to the same path. To test this out - pin the parameter window and then drag your network to the parameter.

Is this like copying path from one network to another one?
