Either do the math yourself like you did in AttWrangle1 (corrected version included, your calculations were slightly wrong)

You can even have it done in Polyframe SOP. Look at the Tangent and Bitangent parameters

Have the line point at -z, and use Tangent Name:N, Bitangent Name: up, and *drop the attribwangle1*.
