The bend is getting crunched. to see it better after you polyframe3, add polyexpand2d, Offset surfaces, increase the offset and you'll see the bend get crushed against itself. or to go the other way. if you shorten your line2 to about 1.8...there's no self collapsing at the tight bend Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
