Texturing geo after sim

Hi everyone,

 

I hope you are all well during these times. I have a quick question to ask about texturing a re-meshed grain simulation. The UVs of the mesh change and thus throwing the texture UV space all over the place. 

 

Is there a way for to remesh the grain simulation so that the topology allows the texture to stick to the geometry?

 

I can provide the file if it helps.
