anim Posted April 12, 2021 Share Posted April 12, 2021 You don't necessarily need old pyro solver as the "sparse" one can simulate both sparse and dense grids You may still chose to sim on a dense grid occasionally especially if you care about velocities outside of the density or flame usually for advection needs for particles, vellum, ...
