How can i delete geometry shadow of geometry light in solaris?

what should i do....

i can't delete shadow of geometry light...

it's possible when i work in mantra... like a shadow mask

can i delete this shadow in solaris karma either??

I would try the Render Geometry Settings node, you can set the shadows flag off in there... but if it's a light, it may not help :/ I have the same problem with Arnold's lights, it sucks bigtime

Ok yes it's in the same Render Geometry Settings node, just put " -shadow " in the Render Visibility field. I'm so glad sidefx is still more dependable Arnold. 

But it might be cooler to keep the shadow and instead give the geo transparency, and enable caustics, so the flame's 'shadow' will show like the real thing ;
