anakin78z
Ok, I don't know why, how, or why, but I somehow managed to seriously overlook the proximity pop. That little baby is cooooool! You can make really fun stuff with it really fast too! try this: >>grid >>source pop, pointing to grid reduce constant emission to something smaller, and set initial velocity to have a variance of .5 each way >>proximity pop add nearest neighbour attribute >>velocity pop $VX+poppoint(poppoint($PT,"nearest",0),"P",0)-$TX $VY+poppoint(poppoint($PT,"nearest",0),"P",1)-$TY $VZ+poppoint(poppoint($PT,"nearest",0),"P",2)-$TZ now hit that play button! kinda cool, ey? anakin78z
Oh hey, by sheer luck I discovered that you can simply use $NEAREST, $NEARESTDIST, and even $NUMPROXIMITY in other pops. So no more poppoint(poppoint hastle
