cspears2002
Hi! I'm running Houdini 9 Apprentice HD on Windows. I'm working on an old tutorial that shows you how to build a rollercoaster. I have noticed an annoying flicker when I play my animation in H9. However, when I render the flickering frames out, they are fine. A colleague at work thinks it's an OpenGL bug. He did suggest a fix. I placed a new camera in the scene and then looked through the camera and finally I homed the view. The fix worked, but when I used the Look At command to focus the camera on my coaster car the problem started again! Any ideas on what may cause this? How do I fix it? Marc
Could also be a clipping plane problem. Check the 'far' settings in your camera and make sure the value is large enough. M

Marc
If you still can't get it then try and recreate it in a simple file and upload it so we can take a look. Cheers Marc
