Bernard
Hello , Is Nuke compositing software better then the integrated Houdini COPs? Should I stick with COPs or buy Nuke ? thanks, bern
aracid
Hey Barnard I think that answer really needs to be motivated by your needs out of your compositing package. What are you trying to achieve in your compositing package ? ie just A over B ? or produce a finished image combining real footage with layers and layers of rotos/keys/grain and the usual bells and wistles ? JDenker
in my opinion.. try out COPs first because its great and you already purchased it. so why not giving it a try first? If you feel unhappy or unlimited for however reason try the nuke demo and see if it fits better in your pipeline. Maybe you could safe yourself some money. -J
