rob
Unable to get VEX code from: opdef:/Shop/rs_amb_hemisphere mantra: VEX error: Unable to load opdef:/Shop/rs_amb_hemisphere Path not found This happens every so often or not to newly created otl files. The only way I find to correct it is to delete the file and start all over again. Is this happening for anybody else ? 9.5.126 Rob

rob
Where do I turn that on ? .In any case I think the errors run far deeper with otls and windows. Right now I can create a new light shader otl which contains code from a previous shader that I have been working on. It should be blank in the code area. I saw one problem but not sure does it have the same roots as your problem - when Houdini loosing VEX code from OTL.
