kleer001
I have no solution at the moment, but in my experience boolian operations are usually unreliable from any package. That said Houdini is usually good with them. What version of Houdini is this for? 9.5? Edited September 23, 2008 by kleer001

Jason
yes,9.5.230 Sometimes scaling your object up by 10 or 100x can help. You can scale it back down afterward.
ykcosmo
hmm.....sometimes it works with scaling 10X, sometimes doesn't work.....-.-! Is the cookie sop of 9.5 really different from 9.0?
curveU
How do you guys deal with this problem? Hi, i'm not sure how other people handle this kind of problems. I just try to use some digital asset I found in the forum or Exchange. Kumpa made a fracture tool in this post, which I once used for a small project, and it worked fine to me. It's before H9.5 but you could try it. Hope it helps,
kleer001
have you tried scaling 100X ? 1000X ? You could always do 3 cuts, bake, then 3 more.
