why these two give different outputs? ( link provided )

when the code is same then it should give the same output... why do these things change ? is there anything globally defined differently?

like certain constants?

If the spec is different than others then how about other Illum functions like gloss or phong or oren give accurate results? but why is this happening?

any specific reason?

They do mention they know of a difference in their implementation - I wonder what that is. One thing that does stand out is calculation of dPds/t derivatives will be different and this affects filtered functions.
