pushpathadam
Hi , I'm trying to wrap my head around a nice way to do this. I'm using a baked out animation to knock some (passive) debris around. The impulse from the moving object hitting the debris is way too strong. Is there a way to directly scale down the magnitude of the impulse? I was able to slow the debris down with an expression in the velocity and angular velocity attrs in an rbd state DOP but its not a great workflow. -Tom
stevenong
Hey Tom, You can also try scaling down the velocity on the geometry itself as DOPs does look up the velocity attribute. Alternatively, you can try to use Volume Velocity on the RBD Solver instead. Good luck! Cheers! steven
