Not really but to do that example on the tweenMachine webpage isn't as hard to do in Houdini as basic Maya either. To set keys on groups of channels, you can create your own hierarchical channel groups (eg. from right-mouse on the character rig > Create Nested Channel Groups).

- Now scope your channel group

- Middle-click drag on the play from frame 3 to 7

- Press k to set a key

You can also create a "time group" (ie. a group of keys) and then move them around in the graph editor.
