Renderview and Backgroundimages

I want to use the Renderview with IPR to finetune renders and there for I want to see it on my backplate. when I press d i get the options for a background but it does not show up. How can I do this.

load your bg plate on the camera background slot, on it's view tab

unfortunately it always rerenders the backgroundplate, too. and it does not eat that much expressions.

Hey Sanostol!

You say that display options in Render View don't allow you to turn on background plate? I've just checked in 10.0.430 (Lin_x64) and it works fine here.

yes indeed it behaves a little bit strange. I'm working on xp64 or windows7 64. the strange thing is that when I use the default build in renderview it does not work, but when I open a new window, switch it to renderview, it works.

another thing is when I right click into the renderview I get a list of toolbars that I can activate. all work but not the displayoptions toolbar, it does not show up.
