tonemap cop

Something small but you might find it a nice addition to COPS for dealing with HDR images.

It works well with Houdini's standard color operators, you can use this to get a fast decent result and then tweak with other cops.

If you want to preserve information in the tonemapped image be sure to raise the "resolution" parameter to something higher, the authors of this method suggest 100,000. But for previewing the default should be more than enough.

Nah, but I think I've convinced a bona-fide genius to help me look at a few things. Its pretty amazing how much value beer has as a currency!
