Pazuzu Posted June 23, 2011 Share Posted June 23, 2011 That maya video uses particles for density emission, its a very powerful technique for such things; The Houdini approach for fluid goals, computes the gradient of an object and add to the velocity field to attract the fluid, also another post computation are use to preserve the density (equalize density).
