lukeiamyourfather
What exactly do you want help with? Where are you having trouble or getting stuck?
Macha
Hey Brian. Have a look at cops also. If you render out a constant color pass for your light emitting object then you can use comping tricks for this too (blurring and sticking over)

hkspowers
You just needed to turn on the "render light geometry" flag to get it to show up. I also put a grid there so you could see the light you had was emitting light you just didn't have anything for it to light so looked black. You will still have to do some post glow on this to look like neon but this should get you started. geolightdoubt.hipnc
zarti
hi , Hello world im not sure if you are doing this just to exclusively test the GeoLights , but if not , then i wd suggest a more ' perverse ' method ; Ambient Occlusion in shading context . first time i tried this but here it is a quick setup and few tests . and the scene .. neon.hipnc im not sure if this is mathematically correct though , but should render faster and with less headaches . =) .cheers
