attributes

Hi,

please, if I middleclick on a node to get the nodeinfos and attributes: What is the meaning of: i.e. (pf), (4f), (3f), (lf), (li), (ls), (Os,l) etc. behind some attributes?

searches in help but didnt found anything most probably caused by didnt know for what I'm searching for...

These are the Details of the attributes .

Another example with a POP network so you can see.

This is used in Houdini to do things.

Something that could make sence:

Let say you have a POP and want to fade the particles when they reach a certain position in the +Y value.

Well you could see these values, in the Detail.

When you middle click, and see the vaules , that is so you can see what they have, for example , if you have the UV etc...

Dop for example will have impact DATA etc... . and so on.

Keep in mind, that as you go on doing things in HOUDINI you will have to use these attributes etc....

The Details view can be found in the ,New Tab pane

Thanks at all but this wasnt my question. I already know this stuff you told me. I just want to know for what the (pf), (4f), (3f), (lf), (li), (ls), (Os,l) etc. behind each attribute in the "node-middleclick-info" stands for and where to find it in the help. :)
