Netvudu
Hi bunch, could anybody confirm me that there´s something fishy going on with Render depencies before I submit to SESI? I add two nodes to a Merge ROP and then tell the Merge to go "Node by node" (as opposed to frame by frame) and it still goes frame by frame? Here is a simple sample scene, if you wanna try out yourself..Just change the output folders to wherever fancies you... Skybar
I haven't looked at your scene, but from memory I don't think it remembers that setting. You have to start Rendering from that window after you have set it to Node by node, not close it and render later. If you understand what I mean. Netvudu
Nope. Even if I click it from the Merge panel it doesn´t work. It still renders Frame by Frame, not Node by Node.
eetu
Sounds familiar. I think I got it to work by adding Batch ROPs to the connections before the Merge.
Netvudu
You are a genius eetu....or maybe you are so old that you know everything already I will still report this, because even with this workaround, it totally looks like a bug to me. Skybar
I haven't done it recently I admit, but it worked back in December I remember.
Netvudu
I reported it and SESI confirms its a bug. They will probably crush it soon....
