Jason
Hi all, I do a fair amount of stuff with the Font SOP - mostly printing out information to the screen for the user. I usually set Poly's, Helvetica and turn down the Level Of Detail and then follow with a PrimitiveSOP with Unroll. Does anyone know of, or have a good suggestion for a simple light-weight single-line font? Anyone have one? I just want the simplest, cleanest sans-serif font I can get. Cheers! MG
You mean typical CAD fonts? I was looking for those aswell.
deecue
my girlfriends an interior designer and uses autocad, so i have a couple of those ... here's a zip of a few i thought might be helpful: mtproxy1.ttf - i believe this is a CAD font..kinda too thin for printing IMHO isoct___.ttf - similar to mtproxy1 but smaller in size. graphlt.ttf - this is the same font Int. Des.'s write in hand on their blue prints. somewhat hefty though. might be useful to some i guess. franklingothicdemi.ttf - franklin gothic has a nice demi bold that is easy to read and pretty dang small in size. i prefer this one over the others personally. fonts.zip
Stremik
Don't know if it'll help but here it is. AutoCad shx fonts Also I found this (look for Singleline-Schriftarten), NC-FONT 4.0 but this one looks like some kind of a program and is supposed to be installed. Jason
Can Houdini read SHX fonts?? I tried deecue's and they're pretty nice. The mtproxy1.ttf font is pretty good; legible, thin, and light on geometry.
