segamega
Hello !I have dynamic curve and i need to wrap (like in maya) ear to this curve. I've tried lattice(points) but it doesnt work in this case, i think because objects have different type, i`ve tried convert SOP to convert curve to polygons but its still doesnt work.May be someone know some other ways to do that ? Thank you.
avak
I think you could make bones from that curve (from the shelf) then add follow Curve kinematic then append capture geometry the mesh with these new bones.

segamega
I think you could make bones from that curve (from the shelf) then add follow Curve kinematic then append capture geometry the mesh with these new b By this way i have some problems. When i capture geometry it looks like this http://gyazo.com/9a64f21505f9c718ea3ccd3ac4a6955b 1) so if add some weights it starts to behave really bad when simulating 2) bones behave not like a curve do, i think thats because curve can be scaled and bones can not May be there are some another ways to do this ? edward
Try WireCapture/WireDeform.

saman
How long or short are ears of your model?, at least a screen shot of your model could help you better. any way for a normal ear as you don't need too much stretch on them I think bones attached on dynamic curves that avak points to works fine. I attached an example hope it helps. head_dyn_ear2.hip
goldleaf
Perhaps the new Point Deform might be a good place to try as well?
