6ril
Hi all, I'm very new to houdini, so I might ask a(some) stupid questions... so bear with me if possible Let's say I want to paint a grid with some particules when they collide on the grid. I know how to do that when creating both grid and particles in the same Geo SOP, with an attribute transfer of color, but, what if have the grid as one Geo, and a emitter for my particles (another grid) as another geo, and I use the Shelf (emit prtcl from object) ?? It creates an autodopnetwork outside of the previous two Geo, so everything is in different netwoks. how can I transfer attribute with such a flow? ayidi
The easiest way is to use an Object Merge and reference the particles' POP Object.
