Offset random voronoi pieces in the x axis

Hey Guys,

  I posted last week about how to offset primitives randomly in the x axis.



  Now I am trying to do the same effect but with solid objects, or fractured geometry.


I have it working but the geo is being sheared as it is moving.  I am wanting the geo to not morph, just move. 


any suggestions would be great.
