Easy peasy. Just select your mug and hit the Whispy Smoke in the Pyro shelf. Vioa!

Play with the disipation parameter to make the smoke die faster and the turbulence for, well, turbulence.

Also post your results :)

Thanks so much! That's a great start for what I'm needing. I'm having two issues though:

1. On render the volume is very transparent, and almost non-existent. Is there a way to beef this up?

2. The speed is about three times two fast, is there a quick way to slow it down?

Thanks!

1. Increase the density in your shader. You are using the default smoke shader, right? Or increase the density of your emission. Or increase the size of your emitter. Or use a remap for your dissipation and just have it blend off at the end.

2. Easiest way, if you can, is to scale up everything else. But it also depends on what is making it fast. Turn down the turbulence? You'll have to play around wit it.

3. Check out some pyro tutorials for more info. There's lots out there.
