novice> Render View vs MPlay

Recommended Posts

Mplay is a stand-alone image viewer, I render to it when I want to scrub through a sequence for flipbooks or to check a couple of frames for flickering. I'll use it on it's own too to check and/or convert an image sequence.

I tend to use the render view if I'm doing something that requires constant iterating of the same frame or small region like creating a material or setting up lighting :)
