Attribute Transfer + Random Scale +ID

Hey Guys,

So coming from Maya here. Im trying to get a simple effect that I did there.

So I have fontSOP which then is divide and fuse to get unique points and the extruded.
I have an attrWrangler f@act = 0; and then Im also setting up the i@id = @ptnum; so I have the ID for each primitive then Im using the Attribute Transfer to create some kind of falloff for random scaling in that branch I have another attrWrangler with just f@act = 1; Everything work as expected and I can see the falloff if I visualize it. Now I can not get the point to get random scale on the PointVop that Im using. Im not 100% sure what Im doing wrong.
Also I would like to keep the ptnum from before the extrude, since when I extrude it double the points.
If you look through the exploded view Sop you'll see what I mean.

Im sure is something that Im doing wrong, probably an easy fix but I can't think of.

Thank You.

Yep I should have put an example.

I actually did look to Matt site and Rohan as well, but I still cant figure out how to do it with the Font SOP. Im still learning I believe my mind still thinking in Maya terms. Little by little Im trying to work in Houdini terms which Im loving by way, but it takes a little time.
